Standard Code of Conduct
For Camping and Caravanning

For the enjoyment and safety of all customers:

1. Pitches will only be made available at the owners’ discretion.

2. Group bookings and non-family groups will only be accepted by prior arrangement with the management.

3. Pitches are not usually available until 12 noon on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the date of departure unless a “late stay” has been agreed and paid for at Reception.  Late stays are not usually available in August.

4. A strict 10 mph speed limit operates on the park.  All roads should be used in accordance with the highway code.  Any motorised vehicle or scooter is subject to the same rules as on a public highway.

5. Please respect your neighbours’ peace and privacy and ensure that they are not inconvenienced by your children, pets, noise or by taking “short cuts” across their pitch.

6. Children (under 18) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

7. Dogs  are only accepted if kept on a lead at all times (even in the dog walk areas).  Owners are asked to take their dogs to the dog toilet areas regularly and to clean up any “accidents” on the park.  Dogs must not be left unattended on the park.

8. No pitching of tents or parking of caravans should be attempted on the park between 9.00 p.m. and 8.30 a.m.  Instead, an overnight parking area is provided adjacent to the entrance road.  (Pitch fees are still payable).

9. Please do not disturb other campers with noise.  Music/TVs/electronic games etc should not be heard outside your pitch.  Barbecues and outdoor meals should be completed and cleared away by 10.30 p.m.  Other campers should not be able to hear you after 11 p.m.

10. Campers are welcome to have visitors, but any wishing to stay overnight must report to the reception first.

11. Barbeques are permitted, but please do not use them on the grass.  Bricks are available – ask at the shop or reception.

12. If a caravan, motor van or tent is not removed from the park at the end of a hire period then we will consider it to be abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with us and confirmed in writing.  The unit will be sold and any outstanding fees will be settled with the proceeds.

---

The owners reserve the right to amend these rules and conditions without prior notice.
Anyone not observing them or acting in an unreasonable manner will be asked to leave the park without refund.
